Last year’s financial statements of JH Media Oy, owned by presenter and karttur Janni Huss, just appeared in the trade register.
The company’s turnover increased from the previous year by 62,681 euros, or 11.7 percent. Last year’s turnover was 600,245 euros, while the previous year it was 537,564 euros.
With the increase in turnover, the company’s result rose to a record level of 351,160 euros. The result increased from the previous year by 37,911 euros.
Hussi raised the salary of his companies by 36,950 euros last year. Last year he raised his salary by 18,000 euros, and in the previous years he did not raise his salary at all.
Janni collected 315,909 euros in dividends from his company. Last year, the dividend was increased by 55,300 euros.
Kauppalehti’s analyst Ari Rajala guesses that the dividend increase is related to Hussi’s purchase of an apartment last year.
At the end of the financial year, there were almost one million euros in distributable funds – a total of 981,615 euros.
According to the appendices to the financial statements, no dividend was distributed for the past year.
The company has plenty of assets. At the end of the year, there were 191,400 euros in cash, in addition to which there were securities worth 505,000 euros.
In addition, the company had shares worth 228,015 euros on its balance sheet.
During the last five years, Hussi has raised dividends totaling 705,900 euros.
According to Rajala, Huss can be called a millionaire when you consider his personal assets. Huss had the same situation according to the previous financial statements.
