LIVE: Ajax – Go Ahead Eagles 2-0
6.45 pm: PEC – AZ
8 p.m.: Excelsior – Telstar

An excellent first half from Ajax against Go Ahead Eagles. The Amsterdam team is 2-0 ahead halfway through thanks to goals from Davy Klaassen and Kasper Dolberg.

Former AZ player Kenzo Goudmijn hits the outside of the post after an excellent action. With this he provides the first danger for the team from Deventer.

After a hot-button situation, Kasper Dolberg jumps in like the chickens. The Danish striker shoots the 2-0 against the ropes from close range. For Dolberg it is his third competition goal of the season.

After a great move, Mika Godts has the choice of the corner, but the Belgian technician pins the ball against the crossbar. Fred Grim is frustrated from the side. The Ajax coach almost saw the 2-0 on the scoreboard.

Who else than ‘Mister 1-0’ puts Ajax ahead. Thanks to a quick breakout, the ball ends up at the feet of Davy Klaassen. The captain shoots the ball at the edge of the penalty area into the top right corner.

Ajax’s first danger comes with a shot from just outside the penalty area. Kasper Dolberg shoots straight at Jari De Busser. The GAE goalie does not have a tight grip on the ball, but does not really get into trouble.

The match has kicked off between Ajax and Go Ahead Eagles.
