In Deinze, East Flanders, two shops were visited by vandals on Friday afternoon. Two young men entered the shops, each with a powder cannon at the ready and detonated them. “There is a lot of damage to cuddly toys and many items now have a layer of dust on them,” says Peter Vannerom, manager of De Speelvogel. One person also received powder in the face on the street.
