The burglary happened around 3 a.m. at an optician on Brink. To gain entry, the perpetrators smashed one of the windows of the business.
There are two large holes in the window. It is possible that the perpetrators got through there to rob the business. The optician sells glasses in the higher segment.
Boys on scooters crashed
The police say they are looking for two boys who fled on a scooter. The duo allegedly fled in the direction of Naarderstraat and fell there.
It is not clear what the loot was. The police are investigating the burglary.
