Hélène Hendriks’ talk show has regularly attracted publicity with spicy statements by Jack van Gelder, but the well-known opinion maker is not present during the current winter series. The presenter said in De Telegraaf last week that Jack is simply on holiday, but that turns out not to be the truth at all.
‘So without you’
Jack is simply not welcome during the current winter series, he explains himself. The former sports presenter was informed about this by Frans Klein, Talpa’s TV boss, he tells this site.
“I received this explanation from Frans Klein from Talpa: ‘The team has informed me that they will start with a different base for the time being, without you.’”
Excellent contact
Um, did Jack have to hear this from Frans? Has he not had contact with Hélène herself? “Yes, Hélène and I always have excellent contact. So there’s nothing to worry about.”
