Emrah Çelik, Yunus Emre Tekoğul, Metehan Baltacı, İzzet Furkan Malak, Bartu Kaya, Murat Sancak, Orkun Özdemir, Kadir Kaan Yurdakul, Faruk Can Genç, Alessane Ndao, Mert Hakan Yandaş, Ersen Dikmen, Kerem Yusuf Sirkeci, Emircan Çiçek, Ahmet within the scope of the ‘Betting’ and ‘Fixing’ investigation in football carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. While Okatan, Gürhan Sünmez, Mehmet Emin Katipoğlu, Volkan Erten, Şahin Kaya and Ümit Kaya were arrested by the judgeship on duty, Abdulsamet Burak, Cengiz Demir, Erhan Çelenk, İsmail Kalburcu, Salih Malkoçoğlu, Samet Karabatak, Tolga Kalender, Uğur Kaan Yıldız, Gamze Neli Kaya and Zorbay Küçük were ‘signed’; Ahmet Abdullah Çakmak, Eren Karadağ, Uğur Adem Gezer, Arda Türken, Muhammed Furkan Özhan, Yusuf Özdemir, Ensar Bilir, Oktay Aydin and Yücel Gürol were released on the condition that judicial control measures such as ‘ban on going abroad’ and ‘signing’ were applied.
IT WAS DECIDED TO CONTINUE THE DETENTION
A detention review of the suspects was carried out. As a result of the detention review conducted by the Istanbul Criminal Court of Peace, it was decided to continue the detention of all detained suspects.
