Enforcement officers in Emmen arrested a nuisance man on the station square in Emmen last night. Enforcement officers did this after the man had been causing a nuisance at the station for several hours.
The man initially received a warning, which was followed by two fines for drinking alcohol in public and a fine for urinating in public. Within ten minutes, the counter rose to three fines, with a total value of 417 euros, Emmen Enforcement reports.
The man was then arrested. He has now been arraigned and taken to the police station.
