Africa Cup of Nations, Senegal-Mali is the first quarter-final: Sudan and Tunisia eliminated

Senegal’s 3-1 comeback against Sudan opened the round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. To close the day, at the Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca, Mali-Tunisia offered a challenge destined to last over one hundred and twenty minutes, resolved by Mali despite the numerical inferiority in the penalty shots. The other pairings: tomorrow Morocco-Tanzania (5pm) and South Africa-Cameroon (8pm), Monday 5th Egypt-Benin (5pm) and Nigeria-Mozambique (8pm), Tuesday 6th Algeria-Rep. Dem. Congo (5pm) and Ivory Coast-Burkina Faso (8pm).
