The fire brigade was called out on New Year’s Eve to a barn fire at the Bever in Vlijmen. The fire was discovered around midnight, after which emergency services quickly arrived on the scene. Upon arrival it turned out that a fire had started on the outside of a barn.
The fire brigade quickly brought the fire under control and prevented further spread. Despite the quick action, the barn suffered significant damage. Nothing is yet known about the cause of the fire. No one was injured.
