According to Spanish media reports, former Brazilian soccer star Roberto Carlos underwent an unexpected heart operation while on vacation in São Paulo. Roberto Carlos, who played for Real Madrid from 1996 to 2007, was initially in hospital for a leg examination. According to Spanish media, the doctors noticed a greatly reduced heart pumping performance and discovered the blood clot.
