The reunion paid off: Oasis sold over 2 million tickets, surpassing even Beyoncé. Now there is also a new trailer for the concert film.

Oasis has touring in their genes. From the band’s formation in 1991 until their early disbandment in 2009, the Britpop group has completed nine successful tours. After a break of around 15 years, they made a touring comeback – without a new album. Their return to sold-out music stages around the world is said to have earned them second place among the most profitable tours of 2025. The band also released a new trailer for the accompanying concert film.

“Oasis Live ’25” was a complete success

The reunion of the once quarreling brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher came as a surprise to the music world – the demand for tickets to their “Oasis Live ’25” tour was therefore even greater. According to new data from the trade magazine for the concert and live music industry “Pollstar”, they even came in first place in the ticket sales category. Oasis sold over two million tickets. This value gave them a lead of about 630,000 cards over Beyoncé.

The artist, on the other hand, took first place among the most financially successful tours in 2025 – with a good 407 million US dollars, the equivalent of around 346 million euros. The British followed closely in second place with a difference of almost two million euros, as the trade magazine for live music reported.

Here are the ten most successful concert series from 2025 at a glance:

  1. Beyoncé with the “Cowboy Carter Tour”
  2. Oasis with the “Oasis Live ’25”
  3. Coldplay with the “Music Of The Spheres Tour”
  4. Kendrick Lamar & SZA with the “Grand National Tour”
  5. Shakira with the “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran Tour”
  6. The Weeknd with the “After Hours Til Dawn Tour”
  7. Chris Brown with the “Breezy Bowl XX Tour”
  8. Imagine Dragons with the “Loom World Tour”
  9. Lady Gaga with the “MAYHEM Ball” tour
  10. Post Malone with the “Big Ass Tour”

New trailer for the concert film, next tour in 2027 at the earliest

Aside from releases of live versions of old songs – including the classics “Wonderwall” and “Bring It On Down” in the summer and fall of this year – new music from Oasis is looking rather poor. The group has now shared a new trailer for the tour documentary of the same name on Instagram. However, the Britrockers kept the specific release date to themselves.
