The solution of the man who thought he had it all when in reality he had no choice, as the title states, is desperate, terrible and brilliant. From the novel The axe. Headhunter by Donald E. Westlake (in Italy Alacrán published it, already adapted for cinema by Costa-Gavras in 2005) the parable of an ordinary man “forced” to become a murderer.
