A Russian billionaire is offering his sperm to women for free, saying he wants to do something about the shortage of “high-quality donor material”. Pavel Durov (41) – founder of messaging service Telegram – made the offer even more attractive by promising that all his descendants will inherit an equal share of his fortune.
