In West Flanders, the number of driving licenses revoked following alcohol checks has risen sharply in recent years. Last year, approximately 2,500 driver’s licenses were revoked (700 more than the previous year), the highest number of any province. Not only motorists and motorcyclists, but also about fifty cyclists were caught driving under the influence.
