The United Kingdom will force Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich to transfer 2.5 billion pounds (about 2.8 billion euros) to humanitarian causes in Ukraine. This is reported by the British government. The money comes from the sale of Chelsea football club in 2022. Since then, it has been held in a British bank account.
