In absentia, the judge ruled that G. had no intention of stealing. For vandalism, the court sentenced the Pole on Tuesday morning to four months of effective imprisonment and a fine of 400 euros.
In the judgment, the judge noted that the defendant had already received several suspended prison sentences for similar offenses in recent months.
