Vanpraet is no stranger to the basketball world. For the past five seasons he was CEO of Basketball Club Oostende (BCO), where he led the club through challenging times. Vanpraet was thanked there two months ago for services rendered. He was succeeded by former basketball player Sam Van Rossom. Vanpraet is now starting a new chapter at Spurs Kortrijk, where he wants to use his experience and network to strengthen the club in the BNXT league.
