A car burned out on Boerenlaan in Smilde at the beginning of the evening. The fire brigade was unable to prevent the vehicle from completely burning out.
According to bystanders, it was a scrap car. The police have not ruled out that the vehicle was set on fire, an investigation must reveal this further.
