According to the statement of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), National Teams Futsal and Beach Football Responsible Tayfur Özkan attended the draw held at the UEFA Headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, on behalf of TFF.
The Nationals were paired with North Macedonia, Lithuania and Bulgaria in Group C.
Group C matches in the Preliminary Round will be played in Lithuania between 6-15 April 2026.
The 12 teams that take the first two places in their groups in the tour will advance to the Main Round and will meet in the Main Tour matches together with the 24 teams that will directly participate in the tour.
The FIFA Futsal World Cup Finals will be organized in the summer of 2028, hosted by one of the countries that qualify for the finals.
