Most SMEs are still far from working on new guidelines regarding pay transparency

Belgian small and medium-sized enterprises have not yet really taken into account the European wage transparency directive that should come into effect in six months: almost eight in ten do not know what it entails or have never even heard of it. This is evident from a recent survey by HR service provider SD Worx.
