Former Olympic weightlifter Anni Vuohijoki took a strict stance on well-being and appearance.

Goat River posted on his Instagram account two pictures. In the first, she poses for the camera with make-up and glowing. In the second picture, the abdominal muscles are clearly visible.

The ex-athlete noticed when his friend commented on how “in a tiki” he is.

– In the tiktok? So lost weight. I haven’t had time to eat or sleep much. This squirrel wheel has been going on for too long and without the hard physical performance the head would have said poks days ago, Vuohijoki revealed in the caption he wrote.

At the time the first photo was taken, Vuohijoki had been watching for two days straight. At the time of the second photo, the former Olympian had gone three weeks without going to the gym, the longest period of his adult life.

Vuohijoki wanted to stay on parental leave without a computer, which required a serious frown.

– I lost weight. Not because I felt well, but precisely because I didn’t have time to take care of myself. This picture was taken after the message “Wow, you’re in good shape”.

Vuohijoki reminded in its update that well-being is much more than what a person looks like. Happiness cannot be built on appearance alone.

– The price that this five-kilogram loss paid is much more expensive than being in a tiki. I want to be able to train, eat quality food, sleep long nights. Stick to my values, develop in my work and above all be a good mother. The separation of the abdominal muscles is therefore one small part of the whole.

Vuohijoki ended his sports career in 2023.
