The police were alerted, but when the officers arrived, the nanny was already present, having arrived, according to what was reconstructed, shortly before. There would also be videos made by the minors which would indicate that they were indeed alone. After Ilary Blasi’s complaint, the Prosecutor’s Office investigated: on November 25, 2025 requested archivingbelieving that there are no conditions for the crime of child abandonment.
