The C’Art pass was presented last night in the Texture museum in Kortrijk. This allows you to visit 20 French and 8 Belgian museums in the Eurometropolis, which is the European region of Kortrijk, Tournai, Lille. The cheap pass leads more tourists from Northern France and Wallonia to museums in Ypres and Kortrijk.
