With the Light Wave, Ostend is taking a different approach this end of the year. Instead of concentrating everything in the Leopold Park and the shopping center, the entire city is covered during a light walk.
Niko Geldhof, councilor for tourism: “It is a 3.8 kilometer course. We start at the tourism office at the Kursaal. We walk through the center of Ostend and we stop at seven locations and there is a spectacle to see.”
