THEthe Children’s singing festival most famous and loved on TV – the Gold Zecchino 2025 – returns with three appointments: two semi-finals and one final scheduled for Sunday 30 November. The first semi-final – with the first 7 children competing – airs Friday 28 November at 5.05pm on Rai 1. On Saturday, at 5.10pm, it’s the turn of the second round of songs. Sunday, from 5.20pm to 8.00pm on Rai 1, grand finale with the re-listening of all the songs and the announcement of the winner (host Carlo Conti). The songs in competition are 14 songs, they range from pop to reggae and from rock to folk, and are also written by leading names in music, cinema and television.

Zecchino d’Oro 2025: where to see it, dates, presenters, jury

The two semi-finals scheduled for Friday and Saturday will be conducted by Carolina Benvenga and Lorenzo Baglioni while the final on Sunday by Carlo Conti. On Friday and Saturday viewers will listen to 7 songs per episode while in Sunday’s final all 20 little singers will perform (some songs are sung by two or three children). Judging a grand juryi, made up of guests and friends of the Antoniano, and one of childrenmade up of 20 children. To these will be added the vote of the Piccolo Coro dell’Antoniano.

In each semi-final the “Silver Zecchino” will be awarded to the most voted song while on Sunday we will start again from scratch with the voting mechanism to award the “Zecchino d’Oro” to the winning song.

The jury of the greats will be composed of: Carolina Rey, Valentina Persia and Orietta Berti for the first episode, Giulia Salemi and Rocío Muñoz Morales for the second, in which Orietta Berti also returns, while for the final will feature Flavio Insinna, Gabriele CirilliVincenzo Schettini and the hosts of the semi-finals Benvenga and Baglioni. In fact, the Tuscan singer-songwriter appears among the artists who created the songs Enrico Nigiotti (The wolf Duccio), the comedian Andrea Agresti (Disco), the Leader of Negramaro Giuliano Sangiorgi (Raffa the giraffe) and also Stefano Accorsi (author of the text of Long live the bees).

The songs deal with different themesincluding the relationship with the digital and new technologiesthe importance of being yourself, the value of dreams and imaginationpeace, friendship, play and the importance of working together to protect the environment.
