Head of Ukrainian National Guard fears winter: “We need more drones and better strategies”

Commander Oleksandr Pivnenko wants to strengthen the strategy on the Ukrainian front now that winter is approaching. The head of the Ukrainian National Guard insists that Russian tactics continue to evolve and Ukraine continues to struggle with manpower shortages. He therefore advocates better coordination and more drones.
