Sliding, climbing and clambering: these two petting zoos have new play equipment

Put on wellies and old clothes and play! There are new playground equipment at Stadsboerderij Het Buitenbeest and Stadsboerderij De Balijhoeve. Plan an afternoon and try them both out. Nice in combination with a visit to the farm animals.

Zoetermeer is bursting with fun play areas for children. From small neighborhood playgrounds to extensive playgrounds such as in the Kleurenbuurt in Rokkeveen and the play forest in the Bentwoud.

Play fun at Het Buitenbeest

At Stadsboerderij Het Buitenbeest there is a brand new playground full of wooden play equipment. Children can hide in the houses, climb, ride down various slides, swing, balance on the suspension bridge and play with water. You can walk around the playground via the walking path and you can reach the farm via the bridge. Combine your visit to the playground with a visit to the pigs, goats and chickens.

City farm De Balijhoeve

City farm De Balijhoeve in the Rokkeveen district also has the playground renovated. In the summer the new sandbox for the little ones was installed. And recently there is a new climbing frame. Children can climb, clamber and show their balancing skills. Parents can also go on the slide!
