World number 1 Alcaraz defeated number 9 seed Musetti 2-0 with sets of 6-4, 6-1 after 1 hour and 23 minutes.
Having previously guaranteed the semi-finals, the Spanish racket made it 3 out of 3 in the group.
In addition, Alcaraz guaranteed to finish 2025 as the world number 1 in men’s singles.
Following Alcaraz’s win, Australian Alex de Minaur, who had one win and 2 losses, was the other name in the group to reach the semi-finals. Musetti and American Taylor Fritz said goodbye to the tournament.
