All three groups on the field, eleven games and a lot of entertainment on Saturday in Serie C, this is what happened.

Cittadella started late, but now has the pace of a high playoff zone: against Dolomiti Bellunesi comes the fifth victory in a row for Manuel Iori’s team, again signed by Castelli (three goals in the last four days for the former Entella). Renate found success again, with Ruiz Giraldo’s feat under the crossbar condemning Virtus Verona to their fourth defeat in the last five. Daniele Di Donato’s first success on the Arzignano bench comes thanks to a lightning goal: that of the San Marino international Nanni who takes just 9 seconds from kick-off to beat Pergolettese. After the home draw with Lumezzane, Greco’s bench at Pro Patria is under observation.

A night at the top for Ravenna, who knocks out Torres (waiting for the new coach Serpini) and thus puts pressure on Arezzo expected tomorrow from the heartfelt away match in Perugia. At the same time Marchionni – satisfied with the third game in a row without conceding a goal – rises to a plus five over Ascoli, held back by Gubbio in Friday’s match. Nice external shot from Pineto that overturns Bra, D’Andrea decisive in the final. The first outing of Rimini’s new owner, Di Matteo, was bitter: a narrow defeat on the Pianese pitch, at the end of the week in which another three penalty points arrived to complicate the rankings.

Cosenza advances, giving Casarano a poker in their fourth defeat in a row: the match is split by the entry of the French Algerian Achour, former Cagliari Primavera player, author of a winning assist and a left-footed shot that closes the score. In Giugliano the Capuano treatment works great: Prado’s second consecutive goal is enough to overcome Atalanta U23 (who were on a winning streak), third victory in four matches between cup and championship for Eziolino. Manuel Fischnaller’s brace overturns Picerno and gives Trapani their third consecutive victory: the decisive goal, with time expired, was particularly beautiful, a turn on an assist from Ciotti.
