Sperm used despite genetic abnormality and embryos swapped: inspections reveal even more serious errors in fertility centers

Things are going seriously wrong at Belgian fertility centers. This is evident from inspection reports that the VRT was able to view. For example, sperm from a donor who had a genetic abnormality was still used. Embryos were exchanged in two centers and the name of the incorrect intended mother was written on tubes containing sperm.
