A chilly night in the winter of 2013. In a canal next to a remote path in the Kempen, two men came across the lifeless body of a man, Robby Malomgré (46). He accidentally fell with his bicycle and drowned, it seems. But, perhaps there is more to it? The public prosecutor’s office is considering whether an investigation into Robby’s death should still be conducted twelve years after the accident.
