The Dutch Consumer Competition Claims foundation is claiming billions of euros from Apple because Europeans with an iPhone and iPad have been paying too much money for purchases via the App Store and so-called in-app purchases for years. According to the claims organization, millions of consumers are harmed by Apple’s restrictive conditions. Compensation is claimed on their behalf.
