Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly assaulted a music producer after he claimed Combs had sex in February 2020, according to a newly surfaced police report masturbated in front of him and forced him to perform a sexual act in March 2021.

Producer’s allegations

According to a report in People magazine, the music producer — who filed a civil lawsuit in July — filed a police report in Largo, Florida, on Sept. 20, linked to the East Los Angeles Police Department. The incidents are said to have occurred during a project with CJ Wallace, the son of the late Notorious BIG and Faith Evans.

The police report, cited by People, states that on February 26, 2020, the victim and Combs were in a warehouse containing Notorious BIG clothing. While Combs was browsing the shelves, he began masturbating under one of the late rapper’s shirts.

According to the civil complaint, Combs allegedly invited the plaintiff to a private listening session for a Biggie Project, during which he was allegedly forced to take ketamine before being taken to the warehouse.

“[Das Opfer] stated that Combs was selecting clothing, placing it on the couch, and eventually sitting next to the clothing items when he received a phone call,” the police report states. “[Das Opfer] continued searching through the clothes when he heard pornographic noises coming from the corner where Combs was sitting.”

Escalation of accusations

The allegations in the police report continue: “[Das Opfer] tried to ignore it… but he heard more noises and when he looked he saw Combs masturbating himself and covering himself with one of the Notorious BIG shirts. [Das Opfer] stated that Combs pulled his shirt away to expose his genitals and asked him to ‘finish him off.’

After the incident, the victim continued his business relationship with Wallace, but the atmosphere changed. Another of Wallace’s business partners, Willie Mac, called him a liar and threatened to sue.

In March 2021, the producer reportedly met the two men in California to discuss their business relationship. But according to the report, at a meeting at a residence in the Hollywood Hills, two men “grabbed him, put a cloth over his head and took him to another room.” There he recognized Combs’ voice and saw his black custom-made Air Force One shoes. Combs “yelled at him, insulted him and called him a traitor.”

Serious allegations of sexual violence

During the incident, according to the report, Combs grabbed the victim’s head and “his [Combs’] The victim resisted, but Combs pulled him back several times. The process was repeated “three to four times for a few seconds each,” according to the report. Wallace then came in and helped the victim; he “felt sorry for him”. The producer has been suffering from depression and mental problems ever since.

Further developments and ongoing proceedings

East Los Angeles police were unable to provide further details to Rolling Stone. Lawyers for Combs and Wallace also did not respond to requests for comment.

The revelation comes shortly after fashion designer Bryana Bongolan amended her lawsuit on October 14. She claims Combs held her over the 17th floor balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in 2016.

On Thursday, Combs was transferred to the FCI Fort Dix federal prison in New Jersey, Rolling Stone confirmed. A federal judge had previously sentenced him to 50 months in prison after he was found guilty on two counts of transporting his ex-girlfriends and male companions across state lines for the purpose of commercial sexual acts. His expected release date is May 8, 2028.

Combs has appealed the verdict and sentence; his team has also asked President Trump for a pardon.
