“Inexplicable” anomalies in the biological passport between 2022 and 2024: it is with this reason that the UCI suspended Oier Lazkano Lopez. The Basque will turn 26 on November 7 and in the three-year period in question he played for the Spanish Movistar (in 2023 he became Spanish champion ahead of Juan Ayuso), before moving to Red Bull in 2025. The last race held was Paris-Roubaix, then all traces of it were lost. The UCI will not comment further while the proceedings are ongoing.
