Cows and Cheese In autumn and winter it changes into a cozy winter sports restaurant Kühe & Käse. Of course, cheese fondue should not be missing from the menu there. You can choose from the Swiss cheese fondue, with Gruyère and vacherin cheese, and the Gouda cheese fondue, with farmer’s cheese and cheese on top. You also get baguette, vegetable chips, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber and cauliflower florets for dipping.
