MTV says that Katja Ståhl will not be able to participate in Sunday’s Dancing with the Stars broadcast.

Presenter Katja Ståhl will not be seen on Sunday Dancing with the stars – broadcast, says MTV.
As usual, Sunday’s TTK broadcast has a Pink Ribbon theme and the broadcast collects funds for Finnish cancer research. Usually, the designer of the year’s Pink ribbon has also been seen on the broadcast. Ståhl, who designed the pink ribbon this year, has to miss the broadcast due to illness.
– Unfortunately, Katja Ståhl, the designer of this year’s pink ribbon, will not be able to participate in the broadcast this time. The situation is not completely exceptional – sometimes in the past it has happened that the designer has not been able to attend, although that is always a wish. We wish Katja a speedy recovery, says the producer in charge of the program Jasmi Kuusisto for MTV.

In Ståhl’s place, the live broadcast will see a replacement presenter, who has not yet been announced to the public.
– Two different people are seen at Ståhl’s farm. One on Saturday and one on Monday. We agreed with both of them that we will now give them peace of mind to take on these rather big boots, Samu Reijonen, producer of the Elämäni biisi program, commented to Iltalehti earlier on Friday.
On Monday The song of my life – a special Eurovision-themed episode will be recorded. The episode in question will be published in January.
– Katja is on sick leave and we hope that she can recover in peace at least this weekend, Reijonen said.
On Wednesday, Katja Ståhl updated on social media that she is in the hospital.
– Terkut from Jorvi! Second day in the pulmonary ward. No, I’m not here because I got myself into this situation. I’m here because I got a virus. The doctor said there was nothing I could have done differently. So keep quiet and hope for my recovery, Ståhl wrote.
Last week, Ståhl said on social media that he had been diagnosed with pneumonia. He said at the time that getting sick is hard and Ståhl has been trying to rest for a couple of weeks.
