One car is partly in the ditch and another vehicle is positioned diagonally on the road. That is the situation on the A28 near Rouveen on Thursday morning. Due to an accident between two vehicles, there is a large traffic jam in the direction of Zwolle. Traffic therefore had to expect significant delays.
