Tickle salon
RTL Tonight is happily showing off mindless items from a certain Stijn de Vries on the social media. We see the reporter for Renze’s talk show traveling to a so-called tickle salon, where people can go to be tickled. Stijn also gets tickled and can’t contain his laughter (see below).
Why are the editors of RTL Tonight concerned with this? Is this what the program wants to convey? It doesn’t make any sense and this of course does not contribute to the image of the program.
Tina critical
TV authority Tina Nijkamp thinks it is a disgrace. “When I see this I wonder three things: who comes up with this and thinks that these types of reports fit a profile of a SERIOUS talk show? Carlo? Peter?”
She continues on her analysis channel: “Two. Is Stijn de Vries allowed to make these kinds of online Libelle-Koffietijd-TOTAL-NONSENSE-like reports? And three: how long can Renze keep up a show with this kind of nonsense?”
The latter now seems like a rhetorical question. When will Renze announce his return to the NPO?
