Film director Olli Saarela commented on his accusations in an interview with Iltalehti. Saarela arrived with his wife Riitta Sinkkonen-Saarelan with Content 2 I was invited to the film’s guest evening.
On Monday, it was reported that Saarela is accused of fraud and illegal threats. According to the indictment, Saarela had, among other things, threatened to beat up her landlord. Saarela’s spouse was also charged with fraud.
– We have been persecuted for years, this same person, Saarela now comments to Iltalehti.
– It’s not nice, but we’ve survived it, says Sinkkonen-Saarela.
– We have survived it and we will move forward on our own plan, Saarela continues.
The couple says they survive, among other things, by doing charity work.
– After all, I myself have made mistakes and whatever, Saarela says.
