The sentencing court decided today that Freddy Horion (78), the six-time murderer of Sint-Amandsberg, will not be released with an ankle bracelet. After almost half a century in prison and a legal battle, Horion had hoped to be allowed to leave prison, but the court mercilessly closed the door. This is why Horion is not released: “The Belgian state is not taking its responsibility.”
