The world-famous Louvre museum in Paris will remain closed all day today after thieves broke into it in broad daylight. This was announced by French Minister of Culture Rachida Dati. According to the newspaper ‘Le Parisien’, the perpetrators made off with nine jewels from the collection of Napoleon and the Empress.
