Overall, the Old Lady relies on many players from their own country, but Italy’s European Championship heroine Girelli is only on the bench. Instead, Vangsgaard and Cambiaghi start as a strike duo. With Wälti (formerly Turbine Potsdam & Arsenal), Juventus gained a lot of experience for the midfield in the summer, which also means that Krumbiegel, the only German player in the guests’ squad, initially sits on the bench.
