Now PA Sports is surprising his wife with a particularly emotional gift.
From a gift to a crisis – and back to a gift again. After the viral dispute over a Mercedes G-Class with a supposed Brabus tuning package, PA Sports and his wife replaced the car with a real version, but distanced themselves from the luxury tuning brand in the future. It’s a shame about the gift, you might think – but PA Sports wouldn’t be the loving husband his fans appreciate him for if he didn’t already have an alternative.

Brabus scandal: This is what happened
The Internet was in turmoil for days: Mili Umicevic published a sharp comment on a post by Luna Rabea in which she presented her G-Class birthday present with the turquoise seats. What was intended as a loving gesture quickly became a viral conflict over counterfeiting, integrity and brand image. There were violent confrontations, accusations in the two influencers’ Instagram stories, threats and legal consequences.
The drama was triggered by an initially harmless idea: PA Sports bought the car as a birthday present for his wife Luna Rabea – a vehicle that later turned out to be a Brabus counterfeit. After the dispute between Umicevic, Luna Rabea and PA Sports escalated in the media and the Brabus CEO also spoke out, the fuss seems to be gradually calming down. While Brabus fell into public disrepute, PA Sports and his wife experienced a huge boost in popularity. Only one thing was missing: the new gift for Luna Rabea.
The Brabus was fake, but love is real
PA Sports didn’t wait long and released a video on its social accounts on the evening of October 14th, teasing Luna Rabea’s new gift. Sitting in the car, he explained, “Since my last present was taken apart, it was time to unpack the secret weapons.” He had prepared something that was neither materialistic nor cost money, but came from the heart – a song.
“Do you believe me” is the name of the single that PA Sports presented in the video. In it he raps about his love for Luna and how she has improved his life since she was part of it. One line goes something like: “You showed me what a family is, I love you because you go to war for me.”
Congratulations and expressions of love are piling up in the comments section. Many people recognize the song as not only an honest gift, but also a subtle, conciliatory tip against Brabus. While the brand faced massive criticism, PA Sports and Luna Rabea became fan favorites. One user writes: “Luna is now riding hearts in the house on her inline skates” – an allusion to one of the statements with which Luna countered Umicevic in the argument. The influencer had asked Umicevic to take part in an inline skater race to resolve the conflict.
PA Sports: Marketing Masters
PA Sports owes its success not only to his singing talent, but also to his flair for marketing. If you look closely, you will see the “B” embroidered on the headboard of the driver’s seat. PA Sports hasn’t chosen just any car to present its new gift – it’s once again in a Brabus.
CEO Constantin Buschmann recently addressed the public with a statement to apologize for the “emotional communication” and took full responsibility for the course of the dispute, triggered by Umicevic’s “passionate appearance online”. But despite all attempts, the luxury brand’s image appears to be damaged, while PA Sports and Luna emerge from the conflict as clear winners. Brabus announced internal and external changes to avoid a similar scandal in the future.
