Fabletics is opening a new flagship in Berlin as well as sales areas at Galeria and Peek & Cloppenburg.

Fabletics is planning a new store in Berlin, which is scheduled to open next year, says Mark Ralea, General Manager Fabletics Europe, in an interview. The US athleisure brand, which operates around 120 stores in its home market, is also examining additional store locations in European cities such as London. The first stores want to open in Italy and Eastern Europe soon together with distribution partners. At least 15 to 20 stores are expected to open their doors in Europe in the next two to three years.

Fabletics already had its own stores in Berlin and London. However, they had to close their doors again in 2023 due to a difficult market environment and in 2024 due to an expiring rental agreement.

115 spaces at Peek & Cloppenburg

In addition to the flagships, Fabletics also continues to rely on partnerships with fashion and sporting goods retailers. After the starting signal at Wöhrl, shop-in-shops with additional partners will now follow.

Nine shop-in-shop and soft shop areas – women’s, men’s and combined areas – are scheduled to open within five locations of the Düsseldorf department store group Galeria this year, adds Thomas Fröhlke, Vice President Wholesale for Europe, in an interview. Fabletics also works with Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorfer. The fashion retailer is opening brand spaces in 115 branches in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.
