The trains from The Hague HS to Leiden depart from track 5-6. Few complaints about departure times because of the high trip frequency. Only the escalator that does not always roll sometimes slows down the running traveler. But something has been found in The Hague. This week I read the application for an environmental permit. The request is “the renewal of the passenger tunnel at The Hague Hollands Spoor station, Stationsplein 40 and the replacement of the escalators to and from track 5/6 with a fixed staircase.” Annoyance solved.
