6 more events in Piazza Dante: starting with the Cisalfa Active Walk and then lots of fitness until the end
There is not a moment’s rest Active Zone Journal of the Sports Festival: Piazza Dante was a Saturday full of events, 7, and with great sports champions. Was Tiziana Fitness Style kicking off the day with a Total Body workout, a continuation of Friday’s Low Body. At 11am the multiple Olympic and world medalist arrived Alessia Maurelliformer captain of the Butterflies and McFit trainer, overwhelmed by a wave of enthusiasm and love and author of a beautiful Stretching&Mobility. Then came Miss Anne Fit, who overwhelmed everyone with her energy for the first workout Total Body Afterburnand then propose a second lesson in the afternoon dedicated to glutes and abdominals. After lunch more Total Body Workout with McFit trainers Maria Boccacciari and Michele Tambornini, before the return of Tiziana Fitness Style with a work dedicated to fast walking. And then at 4pm another highlight: an even more challenging workout with an always engaging Clemente Russo, who walks among the participants, explains the exercises and involves everyone with his energy.
Walking, workout and breathing

It starts at 9am with the Cisalfa Active Walk, a 7km non-competitive walk that starts from Piazza Dante (home of the Active Zone) to the Lungadige and which represents an important moment of sport and inclusion, together with the former volleyball champion and now journalist Rachele Sangiuliano and to the athletes of Special Olympics Italya global movement that uses sport to promote inclusion and respect for people with intellectual disabilities. Then from 11am we start again with the workout. Personal trainer Caterina Falhi will create a perfect mix between fitness and breathing in Piazza Dante with the Green Glow Workout – Vitality and breathing in nature: “It’s a respiratory workout in which we focus on an aspect, that of breathing, which many people underestimate but is essential to perform the exercise as best as possible. We are in Trento, surrounded by greenery, and this allows us to work even more on diaphragmatic breathing: this work is not just about physical exercise, the effort itself, but allows us to ‘feel’ the whole body workingwhich works, and this adds greater awareness of one’s body” he explained. At 12, second appointment with Maria Boccacciari and Michele Tambornini of McFit for a Total Body Workout focused on a Tabata Total Body at high intensity, followed by a targeted focus on the abdominals. After the well-deserved lunch break, we start again with the last 3 lessons of the 2024 Sports Festival. At 2pm there will be the third appointment with Miss Anne Fitwhich will propose another Total Body Afterburn: a metabolic workout in PHA that combines the upper and lower body to stimulate circulation and calorie consumption even after the session, improving tone and energy. At 3pm second appointment with the GAG Workout by Livja Karapici and Andrea della Corna of McFit, a series of circuits dedicated to legs, abdominals and buttocks. The Gazzetta Active Zone program will close at 4pm with Caterina Falhi, who after the morning “appetizer” will propose a Wood Circuit Total Body: “This second lesson is a little more ‘strong’. It is still free body, but we are going to work more on the heart rate, with more dynamic exercises and always in total body, with a slightly more intense effort also to release the tensions accumulated during the day and close it in the best possible way.”
