The Dutch Navy escorted the damaged Russian submarine, which previously sailed in Belgian waters, through the North Sea. A naval ship that normally maps the seabed kept an eye on the Novorossijsk and its tugboat until they left Dutch waters. The submarine has a fuel leak and is therefore sailing on the surface.
