Shortly after the TV confession about her argument with Geert Wilders, Fleur Agema had contact with the PVV leader again. In fact, they’ve been quite intimate. “We hugged.”
After almost twenty years, Fleur Agema is leaving the PVV, but initially she did not want to say why. However, on Budget Day she admitted in front of the PowNed camera that there had been an argument with party leader Geert Wilders. “That is what happened, of course. Of course, otherwise you wouldn’t stop it,” said the former minister.
Congratulations from Geert?
Fleur was at the table yesterday Pauw & De Witwhere she was congratulated on the royal ribbon she received. “I assume something like that involves a small celebration,” begins host Tim de Wit.
He continues: “Now I am of course curious, because you have hinted in recent weeks that things were no longer going so well between you and Geert Wilders: will Geert Wilders come by to congratulate you?”
Flowers and hug
Yes, Fleur answers. “Certainly. He was there with a bouquet of flowers and a hug. We will catch up after the elections – let him do his thing in the coming weeks first.”
Tim: “From this we can perhaps conclude that the argument has been somewhat resolved between you?”
Fleur: “Well, we have shared joys and sorrows for almost twenty years, and we have also had a few bad moments, and that has always turned out well, so that will be fine.”
