“We had a Champions League lesson. Every mistake was punished. You play against a very good team. I have to give my boys a compliment. They have tried to keep playing football with guts,” says Heitinga for the camera of Ziggo Sport.
“It’s a good team. Last week they defeated Paris Saint-Germain,” Heitinga continues. “At the moment they are a size too big for us. In the break I try to motivate the boys. After all, crazy things have happened in the Champions League.”
