The horse racing in Kuurne seemed to end, but perhaps there will still be a new chapter. The non -profit organization that organizes the rates had previously announced that it would stop. The infrastructure is outdated, there are fewer and fewer spectators and financially it is no longer feasible. By stopping the rates, the remaining six competition days from 2025 were already moved to Waregem and Mons. This brought an abrupt end to more than 60 years of equestrian sport in Kuurne.
